Landscape Design is a blend of creativity and engineering using natural and man-made elements to create a functional fusion of indoor and outdoor living space. 

Our design process first starts with a phone consultation followed by an onsite meeting with our design team which results in a client proposal. Upon moving forward with a project the client then needs to provide us a copy of their Plot Plan, HOA/DRB Requirements as well as a Deposit for the work that is to be done. 

The second phase of our process is to develop a base map, do zoning research as well as a thorough site analysis. This allows us to draft and render a complete concept design that is presented to you. Once all is finalized and approved we are able to move forward with the installation of the entire project. 

• Complete Design Survey – The Design Survey will help us define your landscape needs as well as provide a better understanding of the purpose and vision of your project. 
• Phone Consultation – During your initial Design Consultation, a Designer Outdoors professional will review and discuss the Design Survey, touching on design elements, vision, and budget. 
• Design Proposal – The Design Proposal presented outlining the Design Concept discussed. 
• On-Site Consultation – Once you accept the proposal, your Designer Outdoors professional will walk the property with you and conduct an in depth analysis of all conditions affecting your outdoor space. Your Designer Outdoors professional will take measurements and site notes to ensure an accurate design for your outdoor space. 
• Preliminary Design – A Preliminary Design will be presented encompassing all of our notes from the Design Survey and On-Site Consultation. The preliminary design process may take up to two weeks to complete depending on the complexity of your outdoor project. 
• Feedback & Revision – You will work with your Designer Outdoors professional to make revisions to your design so that your plans are a perfect reflection of your personal taste and vision of your property. 
• Final Plan – Once necessary changes are made, a final plan will be presented within 7 days of the preliminary design presentation.
